What we collect and why

We collect the email address, studio link and other details you submit, along with your permissions and limited submission and security records. We use these to send updates you request, respond to pilot enquiries and keep Keenpool working safely. Optional pilot questions help us understand your studio. You can enquire without subscribing, and submitting a form does not start a paid service.

Who handles it

We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for email delivery, and Google for our enquiry inbox. Authorised people operating Keenpool can review your enquiry. These providers may process information overseas, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

Website measurement

We count basic website activity in aggregate, without sending your form answers to analytics. We do not use advertising trackers, session replay or email open and click tracking. Your browser temporarily saves form drafts for recovery; short-lived network-derived identifiers help prevent abuse. Hosting providers may keep operational logs.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for your requested updates, your enquiry, security or legal obligations. We review records manually and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed. Necessary permission and opt-out records may remain so we can respect your choices. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to make a privacy complaint. We will review your request, verify your identity where needed and explain the outcome, including any information we must retain.

The workshop demo is fictional. Any real guest-email pilot will have its own agreed privacy and data-handling arrangements. Please do not submit guest or customer information through these forms.
